ZillowVERIFIED Billy was great to work with, very knowledgeable about the purchasing process, did a great job negotiating and explaining the process to us. His knowledge of the local areas and current market conditions were very helpful in narrowing down exactly where we wanted to be, and he helped us get our dream home under contract within days of it being on the market!

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Billy Swanzer in the past and just purchased a new home from him. Billy is a very understanding, knowledgeable (with FHA / VA loans), and trustworthy realtor and person. He is very prompt and responsible when it comes to handling all paperwork, timeframes, and negotiations all the way up to your closing date. Additionally, he has contacted me to see if there were any issues after receiving the keys and being in the property. When I had issues, Billy continued to follow through and help me resolve the issues. With that being said, he is a great real estate agent and person. My family and I are now happy with our new purchase. We are also using Billy Swanzer and the Swanzer Agency to sell our old home. Thats the quality of professionalism and caring that he provides.

ZillowVERIFIED Friendly, knowledgeable, and always available. Honestly I don't know what to add to that as I have no complains. Would view any house I wanted, suggested houses we might like, entertained all offers, and provided insight and details every step of the way!

ZillowVERIFIED Billy helped us buy our first home and made every angle of the process seamless, quick and painless! We felt "in the know" throughout the whole thingHe was great with setting aside time to show us homes - We went out with him 10-15 times, at least, all over lorain county (he's a local! so he knows it backwards and forwards). He was always patient while we were deciding what we liked/disliked about certain homes and ALWAYS had helpful insight when we asked. We never felt rushed when we were touring houses and he let us take our time exploring every last aspect of a listing. He showed us the home we ended up purchasing 3X before we committed to put an offer in on itHe was VERY RESPONSIVE! He would text back within minutes of an inquiry or interest in a house and always found a way to meet us at house as soon as possible. He understood the importance of scheduling showings quickly (especially in this market!) and taught us so much about the process in generalHe was also not pushy or "Salesy" at all! It allowed us to come to our own conclusions and we ended up with a house that WE TRULY LOVE!We were so lucky with our experience with Billy and would happily recommend him to anyone - especially if they are looking within Lorain County!

ZillowVERIFIED It was wonderful working with Billy Swanzer to sell our home. He did an incredible job listing our 1900's home by capturing all of it's unique features . We immediately had interested buyers within a few short days we sold our home for our asking price! Billy was patient, genuine, very flexible, and was always quick to respond to our questions. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Billy was very helpful with the sale of our house. He compiled a great list of local comps, which he used to help us determine a sale price. He provided us guidance but allowed us to make critical decisions. After consideration, we followed his advice on pricing...our house sold in less than a week!

ZillowVERIFIED This is the second home Billy has handled for us in one year. His careful attention to details and research has paid off both times. We have gotten more than our asking price both times. He answered all questions and gave us honest and realistic service. Thank you Billy
