To say Lacey was the best for the job would be an understatement! Lacey assisted us with selling our home and helped to guide us through the process and then assisted us with buying our new house. For our new house we had certain boxes that needed to be checked before we were willing to buy. Thankfully, the home we had found that got a contract on it fell through. I contacted Lacey after hours because I wanted to make sure we did not miss the opportunity a 2nd time and within One hour Lacey had a showing set up for us, after we viewed the new house we immediately knew this was the one and that we had to act quick! Lacey contacted the other realtor and advised them of our intentions and within 24 hours a contact was established. When it came to the sale of our old home Lacey helped to walk us through the process and assure us she would be with us every step of the way to answer any questions and assist were she could. the house was ready for showings numerous people came and looked at the house while we were camping and Lacey has gotten numerous offers, Although we were camping Lacey made the process of going through the offers seamless and easy. We accepted an offer and Lacey made the remaining parts of the process just as seamless as every other step, including being on site when our inspections were completed on our new house. We would have never been able to buy and sell our new and old homes without the assistance of Lacey!!
