ZillowVERIFIED Billy is the only real estate agent you should consider if you are buying a home in a market he services. He is extremely responsive, he knows the market better than anyone, and he is committed to serving his clients to the best of his abilities. Billy helped us sell our house in the winter of 2019. The other agent we considered was unresponsive, the agent recommended listing our house under our purchase price because that person didnt know the market, and the agent charged double Billys fees. In contrast, Billy recommended listing our house at a much higher price and we had 2 full price offers within 18 hours of listing. With our first agent, we expected to pay thousands to sell our house. With Billy, we walked away with money after covering all of our expenses. He was easy to reach by phone at any time of day and did everything he could to accommodate our schedules.

ZillowVERIFIED I saw listings on realtor.com and sent an email indicating a home I was interested in. Billy responded immediately to the email. We were only going to be in NC for a few more days so we made an appointment to see the house. We were interested in the house, but found out from Billy that it was in the worst flood zone. He explained the zones and got an estimate for the price of insurance. Unfortunately, it was too expensive and we decided against pursuing it any further. After we returned to PA, we found another house and had Billy do all the leg work. He recommended a person to work with for financing, went to the house and did a face time walk thru with us explaining all the features and giving an opinion of the features and report of the condition of each room, door, etc and took measurements. He also recommended craftsman in the area to call to make renovations we told him we would like to have done. He kept in touch with us as to any aspects and time lines of the mortgage and closing information. We were unable to be physically present at the closing and he represented us. He went to the house set the thermostats and whatever needed to be done for winterizing as we have not yet been to the house and mailed us the keys. He was an excellent example of providing excellent customer service and exceeding expectations. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to list or buy a home.
