ZillowVERIFIED We worked with Colin and Billy for almost a year. They stayed in contact during that time. When we found the home we wanted they left no stone un-turned to make it happen. We were always informed had no "surprises". After making our offer in person, we were then working from out of state, and that is interesting to say the least . Everything happened as expected. I found Billy & Collin Hubbard simply through a Google search and reached out to them. They asked me a few questions and within 24 hours I received listings for dozens of houses. My son and I flew out several days later. The Hubbards had a game plan (we saw nine houses) and they performed the negotiating on the house we chose. A few counter offers later and we closed the deal the next morning. Billy was aggressive in his negotiations and recommendations, and I was very pleased with the accepted offer. Escrow closed in 15 days. I am not easily impressed, but I am very impressed with the Hubbards . They are professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. I recommend them without hesitation.
