ZillowVERIFIED Billy is fantastic to work with because he tells you everything that you need to know about a property without worrying about his potential gain. Billy is super kind and fun to be around, while he focuses keenly on your needs, before he makes recommendations and is a great negotiator that will "go to bat" for you when he needs to. Billy is a rare find in this world of agents out for themselves!!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time homebuyer I was looking for a real estate agent who is helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. Billy fit the bill perfectly. He was 100% invested in our home purchase process from the first day we started working with him until closing day. I really appreciated his honesty, positivity and willing to take time to make sure that we understood each step in the process. He was a pleasure to work with and I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for a real estate who goes above and beyond for his clients.

ZillowVERIFIED It has been a pleasure working with, Billy Davidson, from the very first day my wife and I had the good fortune of having him as our real estate agent. From the outset, he was there for us, guiding us throughout the entire processaEUR"from the initial negotiations to buy our home, all the way to today when escrow closed and the transaction was recorded. At no point during this process did we feel alone; you consistently counseled us, ensuring everything was in order and that we received everything possible from the seller, which we truly appreciated. Billy was quick to respnd to any of the e-mail and texts we exhanged and believe me there were many over the course of the purchase of our new home. I cannot give Billy 10 stars since there is no option to do so. If I could I would happily gve him 10 and I would not hesitate speaking to anyone and singing his praises when called upon. . ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I asked Billy to help us with the purchase of our first home, and we couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Billy checked in on us through every step of the process, called and texted to make sure that all of our questions were answered, and went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable throughout the whole home buying process. Billy was professional, timely and communicative. Also, both our lender and escrow agent went out of their way to tell us how great it was working with him! We will absolutely hire Billy again for any of our next realty needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I do recommend Billy to my friends and neighbors. Billy is a go getter. He creates a profile so he can assist in meeting clients expectations. I love Bills Mondays phone calls. Nobody puts in so much love and passion into his work. This is why he is so successful! He even has time for his mom... During Escrow. Billy created a video. The video was very helpful for our moving company and window covering. Our family and friends loved the video too! Billy. Thanks for everything

ZillowVERIFIED We were referred to Billy by an Agent in LA when we were exploring the Ventura area for a home purchase. From the moment we interacted with Billy, his professionalism was glaringly apparent. From his very organized and succinct email exchanges scheduling appointments to intuitively vetting out our needs to place us in the best possible property regardless of how much dough he would make, truly focused on our happiness and satisfaction with our ultimate home is a major WOW! Billy is passionate about helping others and we are so blessed that our paths crossed. He exudes credibility and believes that when you do the right thing, the right thing happens. So true Billy, we are in gratitude in perpetuity for your kindness and stellar support during our home purchase!

ZillowVERIFIED Billy is an amazing real estate agent. He is kind, respectful, diligent, professional, passionate, extremely hardworking, honest, straightforward and just an all around wonderful person! We met him at an Open House and chatted casually for a bit. He gave us a business card and we kept in touch with a quick hello for about a year. We had no plans to buy or sell anything, but found him to be a joy to interact with, having bought and sold many properties over the years. We started "looking" at homes, and gave him our list of potential wants/needs IF we were to buy something. About a year later, BOOM, he found us the most amazing home ever...beyond our wildest hopes and dreams. With a sense of calm and professionalism, he worked with us to simultaneously purchase our new home and sell an investment property in Midtown. He was hands down the most thorough and attentive agent we have ever worked with. He does not ever put any pressure on anyone, and is truly gifted at communicating with all parties in the transaction. We feel extraordinarily fortunate to have met Billy and been able to see him work with such passion and diligence. We cannot overstate what a great experience we had.

ZillowVERIFIED I moved to Oxnard from Santa Clarita. I was BEYOND LUCKY to have inquired about a listing "BY CHANCE" that had not involved the property I ended up purchasing!! Billy found me EXACTLY what i wanted, without any pressure .He was exactly what I needed!! He listened to my numerous needs and met me at the location over and over to allow me to measure and meet with possible contractors to get estimates for upgrades, all part of the CUSTOMER SERVICE I NEEDED!! If you are looking for a home in VENTURA COUNTY, BILLY is the guy for the job! I eventually purchased a beautiful townhome on the beach...Even my LOAN rep commented how well Billy communicated and assisted with all communications with my lenders, all with a quick responses. I will forever be grateful to BILLY for changing my life, and I now have a good friend because of it...GIVE HIM A TRY!! YOU WONT REGRET IT

ZillowVERIFIED Billy is an outstanding realtor. We firmly believe we would not be in our home today without Billy. We were first-time homebuyers, moving on a very quick schedule, and buying a house sight unseen in an area we did not know. Billy's local knowledge from living here his whole life translated extremely well through Facetime video tours to help us get to know the area and the assessments he shared of the properties aligned super closely with what we were looking for. Throughout the process, he was an exceptional communicator, always available, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Importantly, Billy is fun to work with, extremely friendly and personable - a highlight of the process. We couldn't recommend working with Billy more!
