I looked at quite a few homes all over San Diego County trying to decide on a neighborhood and my requirements. What made our situation challenging (besides it being during a pandemic) was that we don't live in the area but needed to find an agent to help sell our rental condo in San Diego. The house had fallen out of escrow twice before, due to a difficult seller and Billie skillfully negotiated the purchase superbly allowing for a smooth and successful process. In another home I purchased, she wrote an offer clearly and concisely after advising me on price, such that I got my offer accepted against six other competing offers.Billie has sold two houses for me and entry level house and a million-dollar+ property and I was impressed as she showed the same care & attention to both, equally. I think what really sets Billie apart when selling a home is her attention to detail, in terms of getting the house ready for the market (she took care of arranging all the repairs, cleaning, staging etcaEUR|) to make the house aEURoeshowaEUR? like the best on the market. Her marketing of the property was exceptional (not just the standard photos that every realtor does), She made sure the photographer came twice (during the day and at dusk) to get contrasting photos that showed the house to its best and helped buyers to really imagine what it would be like to live in, as their home. She also had videos made (both aerial videos and internal in the house to show the surrounding neighborhood). Billie then made a video of her walking through the house pointing out the features of the home, as well as getting 3D aEURoedollhouseaEUR? renditions for the listing. Most realtors would simply list on the MLS and it would populate on sites such as Zillow etc, but Billie showed an innovative approach in addition, by listing on sites such as LinkedIn (she knew the house would appeal to professionals). Most impressive to me though was that Billie never took the easy way of pricing the house at what I (honestly) thought it would sell and priced it significantly higher as she believed in her marketing and research. I'm please to say she was right! On day 1, we received multiple offers, even above her ask and set a new record price for the neighborhood.Billies communication skills throughout the process were superb, timely answering any questions and keeping me updated on progress (I dont think even an hour went by before returning calls or text messages, in most cases it was minutes). She got me the houses I wanted at great prices, using her market knowledge, negotiating ability and soft skills as well as selling the houses I owned, for record prices. I cannot endorse/recommend Billie highly enough for all the help shes been over the years. All I can say is that if youre buying or selling a house in San Diego, hire her as your realtor now! Its really a question of, can you afford not to hire Billie when youre making the biggest investment of your life ?
