Bill White

Bill White is the founder and CEO of White & Associates CRES, Inc., an Overland Park -based real estate firm offering a comprehensive array of brokerage and marketing services for both residential and commercial properties. Under his leadership, White & Associates has become a powerful boutique brokerage representing some of the areas most noted employers when it comes to relocating employees to the city.

Bill founded White & Associates in 2003 to realize his vision of a creative firm committed to service and integrity. One of Kansas City's most successful and respected agents, Bill is widely known in the real estate community as a broker's broker, with a keen understanding of the market and exceptional acumen for sales and negotiation. He also has the unique ability to work well with all parties involved-buyer, seller, landlord, developer or broker-and to identify with their needs. At White & Associates, he has brought together a closely integrated team of knowledgeable, experienced and reputable agents who share his vision and dedication.

On the commercial side, Bill has worked with tenants and landlords, successfully representing numerous transactions. Bill also works to identify and secure acquisitions for development, establishing direct contact with the owner and negotiating the purchase. Once property has been acquired White & Associates can refer an army of industry professionals ranging from attorneys, developers, architects, PR and of course, marketing. Bringing a property from acquisition through conception to the market, Bill works to ensure that White & Associates is a one-stop-shop for development.

A former professional football player and native of St. Louis, Mo, Bill graduated from the University of Missouri - Columbia. Bill is a member of the national Board of Realtors and sits on the Board of The American Jazz Museum. His passion for sports is proudly displayed in his love for golf and his beloved Missouri Football Tigers where he is a proud team alumnus.
