After spending 4 years working with other realities where they didnt qualify the buyers or didnt check to see if their proposals met the zoning. We talked with Bill about the property and he said that he thought that our property fit the areas need for growth and he would be happy to represent us.Bill was very different from the agents that listed the property previously, he checked into the zoning and then he talked with his many business contacts to find qualified prospective buyers. Through Bills professional contacts, he was able to find the right buyer and we closed before the end of the year.

After listing the property, and reducing our price, we received an offer and we were passed to his signing agent, which we were unaware would happen. However, his assistantant was easy to communicate with and helpful in dealing with a demanding buyers agent. I disliked that the buyers agent picked up my email address from joint communications and started to contact me directly and not go through Bill or his assistant. I found it stressful and should have requested it stopped. Bill stepped in at the last moment before signing and helped with an issue in the house which was way beyond what he had to do. Appreciate his action on my behalf. There was no negotiation of the property so I can not rate his skill, but must check something, thus the two stars.
