ZillowVERIFIEDBill was a great agent. We moved from Downtown Chicago to Naperville and Bill was a tremendous help. Despite all the research I thought I had done, Bill always seemed to provide a touch of insight into our thoughts and wisdom about certain areas, school districts and neighborhoods. We looked at dozens of houses, and as tedious as it was, Bill made the experience enjoyable and picked up on our tastes pretty quickly. When it did come time to put in offers his insight was great, always giving us a ballpark starting point when we asked and never pressured us into anything we weren't comfortable with. Several times we went back and forth with sellers and were able to stand our ground and he never pushed us just to close the deal. Communication is probably one of Bill's strongest assets as an agent. We exchanged hundreds of emails and texts and dozens of phone calls and he always replied quickly. I am glad the home buying process is over, but am happy we had such a great experience with a great agent. Thank you Bill.

ZillowVERIFIED My home search was a marathon 7 month process. And my first realtor was not at all a good experience. I switched over to Bill and from that point onward, we became very good friends. He knows his job very well. He will not come in your way during home visits but at the same time, paying attention to details to help you out with things you may miss. He is extremely good with technology and that helps a lot with fast, quick communications. He always made time for homes we wanted to see at pretty short notice. In the whole process, we might have submitted around 7-8 offers and 3 of them we had contract on. But he was very patient with whole process and didn't complain a bit about too many offers and contracts. I will highly recommend him for any kind of a real estate search. Thanks and Thank you Bill.

We believe these resulted in 11 viewings by different realtors in the first 2 weeks that the house was on the market. Based on the current housing market, we thought this was outstanding. House sold within 6 weeks at a price higher than the proposed listing price of two other realtors.

I also got a great price on the condo because of his negotiation skills. Bill views all customers as lifelong clientele, and he really means it. I had some issues with my apartment landlord after I purchased my new home. I turned to Bill for advice and he provided me with his opinions/suggestions. It was all post-sale service! ZillowVERIFIED Bill was referred to me by Townstone Financial and at this point I would like to highly recommend him. Bill helped me purchase my first home. It was something that I wanted to do independently so that I was able to make my own decisions without imput from tons of other people. Naturally, I had a lot of questions, and Bill was extremely helpful in answering all of them. He provided me with all the information that I needed to made a decision on the type of home that I wanted. Bill was very flexible with his scheduling. Given my work schedule, I never know when I'm going to be in or out of the office and Bill was able to meet with me on short notice.Even after I purchased my home, Bill still answered any questions that I had. I've been at the house now for about seven and a half months, and I'm very happy to say that it has become home. ZillowVERIFIED Bill helped my daughter purchase her first home--a condo--he was knowledgable about the area, helpful with what is a good buy and a bad one, attentive to my daughter's needs and patient with many questions especially since it was a short sale and we had no knowlege of what a short sale was or the process. He lead us through the process very well and also assisted with the many aspects of choosing a home that would fit my daughter's needs. He was very pleasant, nice and friendly at all times and we truly appreciated his leading us all through this path. I would recommend him to everyone!
