I was an out of state seller of a multi-unit building and he was with me every step of the way and worked with my property management company and tenants through the whole process because I was not there in person to take care of some of these things myself. He said 50 jokingly but I decided to build new. Very responsive and dedicated. He even called while he was on vacation out of state. Checked in with me periodically to get updated. He stayed on top of dates sensitive to a purchase and sale as well as the contractor assuming my agreement. Attended the preliminary meeting with the contractor and came to the final walk through.
