ZillowVERIFIEDI have had three (3) transactions selling home, farmland, and recently a condo for my Mother. All transactions were handled in an exceptional manner by Bill. His marketing skills and knowledge of the market were beneficial in establishing a selling price and estimate for the final proceeds of those sales. We were kept up to date on all issues during the listing phase as well as status updates moving toward closing on these properties. All properties were presented to potential buyers in a very professional manner using the latest technology, such as drone images, as well as professional photographs of the properties. All digital formats, such as Zillow, were immediately engaged as soon as the listing was posted locally to give maximum exposure to potential buyers. All offers were reviewed in great detail along with his negotiating strategy for counteroffers. Once contracts were signed, any potential issues that could affect the closing of the sales were handled with minimal, if any, efforts from our standpoint. I have called Bill for advice for my own real estate issues as I live in a different location than the market he supports. He has always been available to give me advice.
