Bill really listened to what we wanted, and found a number of homes for us to view. With his knowledge of the area, he steered us away from homes we may not like. Living two hours away, he did lots of the leg work for us. Made us feel special, and negotiated a deal we were more than happy with. Always there, when we had a question. When we had the opportunity to make a change, we chose Bill to take over as our listing agent. He was meticulous about getting professional photos done of the interior, and had a drone video compiled to show the beauty of the setting and the property. He went out of his way to become more knowledgeable about some of the special aspects of the property. When an accepted offer was in hand and closing scheduled, a last-minute issue came up, but Bill stepped up, worked with us and the buyer, resolving the issue so the sale was successfully completed.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I decided to buy a vacation home we found one on zillow. There were several agents listed on the zillow listing Bill was at the bottom. It was late afternoon on a Saturday and the only day we had available to view the property was Sunday. We proceeded to call all the realtors in the order on the listing, nobody answered their phone, all we heard was please leave a message. Feeling defeated we called the last one on the list and much to our surprise we heard a human voice on the second ring, it was Bill Tate. We asked if we could see the property the following morning he said I'm not the listing agent but let me make a few calls to see if we can see it on such a short notice. 15 minutes later he called back and we were on our way to waushara county. The house was not what we expected. Feeling like we wasted his time he asked what exactly are you looking for we explained and he said he would find us something. He kept in touch with us weekly. He showed us properties for about a year. He kept saying when the right one comes along you'll know it. And finally it did. Unfortunately for Bill it was 3 counties away from his normal area, but he still agreed to meet us there. We fell in love with the place and purchased it. At the closing Bill presented us with a gift for our new home. Sorry this review is so long but we cannot say enough good about Bill Tate. ZillowVERIFIED His Response time was horrible. I had to call him 5 or 6 times before I got a text from him. I understand that he is a business man but come on 5 or 6 phone calls and voicemails and I get a text as a response? There were a few times that I left him a voicemail and instead of calling me back to talk to me in person he just replied to my voicemail by replying with a voicemail by having the phone take it straight to my voicemail.

Bill would text, call, and e-mail us night and day; seven days a week. He rearranged his personal schedule to make it convenient for us. It felt like it was he who was buying the house. He took everything personally. When we found a house, he took care of most of the fine tuning. He was very prompt with having papers drawn up and signatures cotton. I would recommend him to anyone i know buying or selling a house or property. He is a good guy and friend. He personally took the time to get to know us and our family. He made us feel like we were his only priority.

Bill made the offer/counter offer easier by using the electronic signature process. He helped us figure out how it worked at our request. Using the electronic signature really sped up the process. Once we reach a very good offer he worked hard at trying to convince the seller to accept our offer. He was able to convince the husband to take the offer but not the wife. It didn't work out in the end but Bill did his best.
