ZillowVERIFIEDIf you are looking for the best realtor this is it! Bill was so wonderful to work with. This was mine and my husbands first time purchasing a home, this process can be beyond overwhelming and stressful for anyone let alone a first time home buyer and Bill made it the complete opposite. We absolutely loved every part of it. Bill not only made sure we understood every part of what was happening but also that we were comfortable and happy with our decision in buying our home. He made sure to put us and our son first in this process and made it clear he cares about the best outcome for our little family and new home. He also was there for any and all questions we had via call, text or email as soon as we reached out. We will be sending all our friends and family his way!

ZillowVERIFIEDBill helped me buy a house 16 years ago, so we came back when we wanted to purchase a rental property and then find a new place for us and sell our home of 15 years. He stayed on top of what was available that fit our needs and helped us land our rental property and our new home in a sellers market. Bill is knowledgeable and patient and knows how to move things through smoothly, so you stay calm!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a great experience working with Bill, always attentive to our questions and following up with all the details to make our sale seamless. We highly recommend him for your sale or purchase.
ZillowVERIFIEDwe cant overstate how positive our experience with bill was while buying our first (!) home. he is responsive, timely, warm, and overflowing with local and community knowledge as well as extensive, particular expertise in real estate. meeting him at homes and meandering around properties was a fun experience, and bill made the home-buying process as smooth and easy as possible. furthermore, bill is a terrific advocate for his clients--he strives to not only represent you but also your best interests in the short- and long-term. i would recommend him in a heartbeat to a friend, and plan to do so as soon as the opportunity presents itself.
ZillowVERIFIEDBill handled my transaction with professionalism and expertise. He understood that some parts of the negotiations with my partner would be tricky and was able to handle it without any issues. In the end Bill negotiated the highest price for my property sale. And on top of all that Bill is just a great person, has a great sense of humor, and is really fun to work with. I plan on using his services whenever I have a real estate buy/sell need.
ZillowVERIFIEDWhen I decided to sell my home, after losing my husband and attempting to keep all of the needed repairs, landscaping and upkeep on a manufactured home sitting on an acre in Vail, I was not at all aware of how to proceed. I had not sold a house in decades, and didn?t know who to contact, or what to expect. I initially responded to a flyer from a realtor who sent out inquires to my community, seeking prospective sellers. She was knowledgeable and eager to take me on, but I wasn?t quite ready to jump in. My children advised me to try several approaches, including wholeselling, before deciding how I would go. After talking to my brother, who had purchased a home a couple of years ago and highly recommended his realtor, Bill Satterly, I was encouraged when he had Bill give me a call. Bill took my information and set up an appointment with me that same week. I asked my son to sit in on our initial meeting to make sure I would make a sound decision. Bill arrived and was very professional, knowledgeable, willing to listen to our concerns, assuring us he would work tirelessly to sell my property. Bill worked with my timeframe, making but not demanding suggestions, and steered me to contractors to make repairs to make the most of what I had. Not having a large budget to work with, Bill maximized what I had and never pressured me to do more. I can honestly say he did a stellar job-my home sold for full asking price to the first couple who looked at it the first day it was listed. There were a few bumps along the way, a few surprises, but Bill handled everything for me and kept me totally informed all the way. I would not hesitate to recommend him, I have found him to be excellent in every regard. Lynda Owens
