Bill couldnt of been more caring and patient with my family. When we first met him he promised hed never let us buy a house he wouldnt buy himself and he kept that promise! He worked HARD to finally get us a house after so many offers. He was so flexible with our schedules and different areas we wanted to look at. He truly knows what hes doing and I will always recommend him to anyone!

Working with William Ruhlman at MBA Real Estate exceeded all of my expectations. As a first time homebuyer, I was not familiar with the terminology or the best process people to involve. Right away Bill was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with me to determine what would be a good fit. He even recommended a lender with better rates, which I ended up using and greatly appreciated.Bill was willing to work late in the evening to view listings and set up showings. He put together the offer letter within a couple hours and was on the ball with everything. He was very helpful in explaining the entire process and really relieved my stress level even though we were on a very tight time frame and budget. I truly believe his expertise helped tremendously in our offer getting accepted. I highly recommend Bill! (William Ruhlman)

"Bill was incredible in helping our family purchase our first home! He was professional, courteous, understanding, and patient. If there was something in the house he didnt like, or maybe that we missed, he would point it out. He wouldnt let us buy a home that he didnt think we deserved! We highly recommend Bill for all your housing needs!aEUR?
