They had a very good read on how much the house would most probably sell for and were able to guide us through the competitive Acton-Boxborough market. Very knowledgeable on the potential inspection issues or work that the house might need which helped us make informed decisions about making an offer. On the selling our condo, they had a very good professional support people, photographers to fixing small issues. We were skeptical about the list price but their assessment was spot on. The listing generated a lot of interest and we sold our condo within 5 days and at the highest price paid for any other unit in the complex! Overall a great experience!

We started with one agent and a few months in we switched to Bill and Linda. We did not have a large budget and little money down and this made finding a home EXTREMELY difficult in the Boston area.
