Bill was able to tell me the truth about my property when other realtors were fudging the numbers in order to get me to sign with them. But when it came down to it, the property sold for what Bill told me the market would take in that area. He was also able to guide me in how my house was perceived and told me which areas to fix up and which to leave alone so the new owners could see themselves in the space. Bill has a large group of local contacts that made the closing a breeze even when problems with the sewer and property boundary disputes became and issue. He is great as his job.
