Hi! I'm Bill. I'm a father of two amazing children, a husband to a loving, supportive wife, and in the time I have left, I'm a full-time Realtor.

Prior to entering the wonderful world of real estate, I spent 15 years in the restaurant industry. It was there that I learned that the most important aspect of any business, is customer service, a trait I practice daily in my real estate business.

I tend to do things a little differently, but in a good way, to get my clients the results they want and need. Because of this outside-the-box thinking, I was awarded the first-ever ERA Wilder Innovation Award in 2019, one of the greatest honors I've received during my career.

Relocating? I've done that a few times. Left Ohio for warmer weather in North Carolina, then chased a girl down to Charleston...where I made her my wife! ;)
