Most did little or nothing to help even after saying they would be happy to be my exclusive agent. Bill had great follow-through and really advocated for me. Within a day of our first meeting he helped me find a place I really liked. With his guidance, I submitted an offer which was accepted within a day. I found Bill to be personable and likeable and he was available and helpful throughout the process. While I found the escrow process to be a bit traumatic (i.e., "You want to know what?!"), Bill and his team were supportive and helpful throughout that as well. That night we sat down with Bill and Claudia expecting a sales pitch. Instead, we lost track of time in a heartfelt, 3 hour conversation interrupted with laughter and sharing photos from our phones. It felt like we had known them for years. Fast forward to the next week when they took us to look at homes. Our first day out, we found one we liked and made an offer. ZillowVERIFIED I constructed my house in Channel Islands Harbor in 2000 and because of medical problems I had to sell it in 2016. I contracted with a local broker for a period of six months. During that time the Broker brought me two low ball offers. After the six months had run I decided that I had to get a new Broker and so I went with Bill Newsom. Bill sold my house within two months at a price that I had not expected to get. I highly recommend him.
