He offered to help me out and from that point things kicked into a whole different gear. Bill and his team were always available to show me homes on short notice or at off hours based on my work schedule. And once I found the home for me Bill went above and beyond to help with all aspects of the purchase. For example when my first mortgage provider proved to be challenging to work with Bill used his local network and experience to find someone who could jump in without putting our aggressive closing timeline at risk. Since the purchase I've needed help a few times -- finding local service providers and transitioning into the neighborhood -- and Bill has always been just a phone call or text away and happy to help. I would definitely recommend Bill and his team!

ZillowVERIFIED I would definitely NOT recommend Bill McCormick. He dropped the ball on negotiating a rent back time for me. He did not file this request for me. When I pointed this out to him, he lied and told me that I never told him I needed that. He knew from the very beginning that a quick settlement would be difficult for me. In fact, our counter offer, that HE wrote up, listed a settlement date 3 weeks later than the buyer requested. Because the buyers had a mortgage commitment that needed an earlier settlement, we had to go with the settlement date they chose but said that we would need a rent back time period. Bill did not submit the rent back request. Not only did he miss the timeline for that but he then LIED to me saying he was not aware that I needed that. This is not an agent that honors the fiduciary responsibility he owes his client. Do your homework when choosing an agent...read about their responsibilities to you before signing an agreement with them. BEWARE if you choose to work with Bill and his team!

Bill cares about you and your family.We had our home on the market for eight months with another local realtor who we thought was going work better for us due to his knowledge and relationships in our area. What a mistake! It went under contract twice with both contracts falling through for various reasons. Wed used Bill to buy the house and sell our old townhome and had already decided to use him to buy our next home. When we couldnt get that realtor to call us back with answers to questions about the house he was supposed to be selling, Bill took every call, gave us advice on every issue, and answered every question about a house he wasnt even selling. When the second contract fell through ten days before closing, we knew Bill would be able to get the job done. Less than a week back on the market with Bill and we had our third contract with serious buyers. Bill accomplished in five weeks what our former agent couldnt accomplish in eight months - a closing. Thanks to Bill we were able to settle into our new dream home without ever having to make two mortgage payments at the same time. We cannot recommend Bill enough.
