ZillowVERIFIEDI found Bill to be very knowledgeable and straightforward. He answered questions as honestly as he could and if he didn't know something he told me and got the info and then got back to me. He had a good balance of not pushing and also being available. When I would call or write he got back to me in a timely way.

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Bill Martin and Margo Casio was simply exceptional. Bills down to earth personality make him very easy to work with, but his honesty, integrity, expertise, and very wise guidance were all so important in getting our complex transaction over the finish line. Whenever the uncertainty of contingencies or the timing of the multiple transactions caused us anxiety, Bill was there to calm our fears and give us faith in the process. While we once were set on selling our house ourselves, we can assuredly state that we never would have been able to navigate the transactions without Bill. If you need a realtor in Addison County, he is the person you want to call first.

ZillowVERIFIED Bill absolutely went above and beyond to get my home sold. For example he had a person cut the grass when I couldn't be there, he recommend a carpenter to do some repair work and he met with me at my convenience any and every time I had questions. Bill kept me informed and sent updates regularly. He was there every step of the way from the listing to the closing. I highly recommend Greentree Real Estate as Bill and his staff are thoroughly professional.

Bill provided expert insight and timely responses and never pressured my decision making process. Navigating through the showing, negotiation, inspection and closing was thorough and a stress free process. I highly recommend Bill Martin and his team!

ZillowVERIFIED Great knowledge of the local market and process, great advice for his clients. He is very responsive and easy to get in contact with. He is able to negotiate efficiently with the other party. He helped us buy our first home, then helped us sell that home and buy our current home. Highly recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Bill is a friendly, honest guy with a deep understanding of the real estate market in the Hinesburg / Monkton corridor. He helped us understand the process as first time homeowners, was never pushy, and made us think of a lot of concerns and questions we would not have thought about on our own.

ZillowVERIFIED We loved working with Bill. We both bought the property and then sold it through him. He made everything very easy. His recommendations for lawyers were spot on, and he was always cheerful.

ZillowVERIFIED Bill is so knowledgeable and a-nice caring honest person. Hes someone who never stops working. I had 2 properties for sale in 2017. Bill sold both within 4 months. I had one house to sell in 2018 and needed to time the sale just right as I was building a new house. Bill pulled off the timing perfectly.

ZillowVERIFIED Bill Martin helped us buy our home in Monkton Vermont. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the areas where we wanted to buy. Bill was always there to answer our questions and when time came to buy he walked us through the whole process. Then when we were ready to sell, again he was there to help us find a buyer and got us the best price. Thanks Bill.
