He is extremely knowledge of the Market, knows details of all the listings by heart (properties that may have foundation issues, leakages, upgrades etc). He is accessible at all times and takes time to listen and understand and respond to any and all questions no matter how naive they might be. But most importantly Bill is honest and trustworthy. He is not motivated by closing a transaction quickly, but by the buyer finding a home that is the right fit for you and your family. Given the recent seller market and lack of inventory in South Windsor, often my wife and I would be excited about a home, but he would pull us back and think about what was important for us while buying a home. And when the time came and we found a house that was a great fit for us - he went all in to get that home for us - designing the offer, following up with the sellers agent, negotiating - so that our offer beat several other offers. Very much experienced & knowledgeable , knows in & out - pros & cons of most real estate, works for client not for commission, has every solution & best contacts for all your real estate need. Sure thing is - you will never get cheated, he is exceptional in negotiation skills and most importantly he is very much experienced & straight forward - no matter how much you like the property ...if he(his experience) feels that its not good for you or you are paying higher price for it ... he will stop you right there without worrying about his commission. And if he feels something is really good for you, he will try to convince you at his best...don't think he is trying to sell the thing for his commission...he is genuinely thinking best for you. And top of all these he is not like all other agents in the market ... no agent will let you go without any fees/penalty, if you are not happy with them (normally all other agents charge 3-5%), but not bill ... Bill charges $1 :) , but believe me once you go with him you will never think of others and he will give you his best. Was very helpful in explaining important things. Process Expertise - He knows from A to Z. If you are stuck anywhere, don't bother scratching your head. Just give him a call. He would have answer/resolution/solution ready for you. I had many moments where I thought what we should do, and Bill helped us out. Responsive - He is available to help anytime. Anytime you have issue, text or call, he would be available. No excuses, whatsoever. Negotiation skills - It's one of the areas where many real estate professionals will not easily help because lower the house value, lower the commission they get. Bill was spot on i.e. if house value was overpriced, he would suggest you that it's over price. He truly works for the benefit of the buyer/seller. Home Inspection - For any home purchase it's very imp. thing. Home inspector pointed out various issues in the report and Bill really helped us to negotiate the price, so it's taken care off. From showing different houses to closing i.e. from beginning till end, Bill will work with you and for you. Our experience of working with Bill has been a great one and we thought to share the following: Bill knows the South Windsor area very well and he comes with a very good history of house sale/purchase in the area. This was very useful to identify the kind of neighborhood we wanted to join, and to make us aware of things relevant to our home search and purchase. The other thing we would like to mention is Bills knowledge of the housing market in the South Windsor area and his negotiation skills. These were very important to help us determine what was the best house we could afford with our budget. Any construction, no matter how well it is built, comes with some defects and Bills experience in the market helped us be aware of defects which could be major concern and defects which are just minor. As a first-time home buyer, our experience was a bit overwhelming and communication with Bill was very important to us. In this regard, our texts, phone calls, emails to Bill have been answered, regardless of whether they were sent on Sunday Morning or on regular workdays. Finally, we would mention that we recommend having Bill in your home-buying journey.
