Very knowledgeable about the area, very attentive to what we were interested in and our price range. Gave our insight of what reasonable offer would be in this current market and what our due diligence monies should be.

Bill recently assisted my retired parents with the sale of their home. The property had special circumstances but Bill had the knowledge, experience and local connections to find a buyer who presented a contract within two weeks. He always responded promptly when we had a question and helped with all aspects of the sale.

My wife and I have over 15 years of experience as Realtors in another state. Relocating to a new area meant we would need to rely on a local pro to help us purchase our new home. I can?t offer any higher praise for Bill! He is the consummate professional, has an amazing knowledge of the area, met our every expectation and negotiated great terms for our purchase. I trusted him throughout the intricacies of the process and he delivered! I?d work with him again anytime!!

Mr Lumpp is a highly trained professional. He is accommodating, respectful and patient. He had extensive knowledge of the market, market pricing and financing options. He always answered my calls regardless of how many times in a minute I contacted him. Regardless of how discouraged I felt, he always had a positive attitude and helpful demeanor.
