ZillowVERIFIEDBill and his team are outstanding! From signing the contract to guiding us through the process, including some issues we ran into, we knew we were in good hands. Being an out-of-town owner and selling can have some hurtles but we were able to overcome them with Bill's expertise and knowledge. He even guided us to an excellent attorney for our closing. We highly recommend Bill and Sapphire Valley Real Estate.

ZillowVERIFIED Bill is a top notch realtor. He is friendly, knowledgable, patient and untiring! He is quick to respond to emails or phone calls. He knows the properties very well and provides information good and bad to help you make the best decision for you. He is honest and trustworthy. We changed our minds about what we desired several times and he was always upbeat and positive. He is also a good sport - I threw up in his car after visiting a very stinky home and he was professional and helpful and able to handle the situation with grace. Thank you Bill! We found the perfect home with his help. We highly recommend Bill!

ZillowVERIFIED Bill did an outstanding job helping us to locate the perfect home. He listened carefully to what we were looking for, shared great insight as we looked at various properties, and his knowledge of the local community was invaluable. He was the consummate professional throughout the process - he was always available, incredibly responsive, was a great advocate for us in our purchase negotiations, and was there for us throughout the inspection process and closing issues. We still reach out to Bill for recommendations when we need local service providers. We would highly recommend Bill to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Cashiers/Sapphire Valley area.

ZillowVERIFIED We cant say enough about Bills willingness to help us obtain a property. Being out-of state buyers, he educated us in the local market, braved winter weather to take / send us photographs, and was kind enough to change his schedule in order to accommodate ours. One couldnt ask for a more professional person to work with. Steve & Adriana

ZillowVERIFIED Bill Kruckenberger knows the Sapphire, Cashiers, Lk Glenville, Lk Toxaway and Highlands area very well. He understands his customers needs and time constraints and goes above and beyond to meet the demands. He represented us for the inspections and even closed the deal w/o needing us to be present.
