Being that I was from out of state, he would go to homes and view for me, send me photos, videos and follow up on questions of properties that I would have. He made himself available at all times and assisted in setting up a time for me to come down personally to make my final inspection once we found a home. He was very informative to local contacts including closing attorneys available. The type of treatment and commitment he showed me, you would think I was buying a very expensive home, but that was not the case, the value and commission was not a concern to him but giving great customer service was a priority and it showed. I would highly recommend him, especially if you need an agent that can really evaluate locations due to being far away. ZillowVERIFIED A few years ago I spoke to Bill on the phone about purchasing property in Myrtle Beach. We are from upstate NY and plan on retiring to SC. (about ten years away) After talking with Bill I immediately felt he was a nice guy. In January of 2018 Bill and I connected again for we were ready to seriously start looking at properties. In February Bill came and met us in person at our resort. He was very informative of the area, and the ins and outs of owning a condo verses a house. We felt he was very honest /professional. Most importantly Bill is very easy to work with. We had a few hurdles for purchasing long distance was a little more difficult. Bill handled it with ease. In May we purchased our condo. Bill was there every step. We are very happy with our SC purchase. We would highly recommend Bill Knoll for purchase /sale of any property.

He took me to every property I had interest in and answered all my questions about the area. He was there when I signed my purchase contract ( to have a new home built) and was with me throughout the entire process. He also e-mailed me pictures of the progress as the home was being built. How cool is that? Prior to closing he went over all my docs with me and answered all questions. Bottom line I was totally satisfied. Thanks again Bill!

We were from out of state so we were a little concerned but we found Bill to be super helpful with his advice on what to do to get the house ready to sell. Honestly I wanted to jut put it on the market the way it was but Bill suggested a few things that didnt cost much and low and behold, it sold within 2 weeks and the best thing about it was he listed it more than what we thought we could get for it.
