ZillowVERIFIED When I first went to Bill I wasn't sure exactly on what I wanted, but seeing me and my girlfriend are expecting in January I really needed to move in before the end of the year. Bill immediately started helping us look for a property and right away we were looking at houses and found one we really enjoyed. Not only did Bill help us find the perfect home very efficiently, but he also knew our funds were tight. We only had to pay roughly 150$ Out of pocket and we were set. Now just a short time later, we are living in the house and have plenty of extra funds for furniture and the kid! Being as I was a first time home buyer we were very stressed and confused about certain things, luckily Bill had great communication with us and helped us all the way through the process regarding information and time frames. Bill made our first time home buying experience very fun and enjoyable and helped us save time and money.

She was knowledgable in comps for our area helping us to get top dollar within a month of being on the market. Then she found the perfect house for our growing family. Melissa was always available to answer any questions or needs we had in getting our home sold and buying our next house.
