ZillowI contacted Bill after a neighbor's home went under contract in 2 days. I was listing my house in a few months and am fully aware how difficult it is to find a great listing agent. He is a great communicator and has a great network of service providers to help with everything from wood rot to electrical. After a great mini-reno experience, from his recommendations, professional staging-he provided, we listed...4 days before Covid quarantine hit! He is a phenomenal agent! He hustled and kept me informed the entire time-despite the uncertainty during the pandemic. He contacted every showing agent even weeks after they had shown interest and we sold. He is an exceptional advocate and my agent for life!
ZillowBill is incredibly thorough at his job and works hard for his clients. I have used him twice - once to buy and once to sell - and he has been a pleasure to work with both times.
ZillowBill was knowledgeable and responsive which gave me a good level of comfort throughout the entire process that things were being handled well and that I had good representation. Bill also has a calming presence which is great throughout what could be the stressful experience of selling a home.
