In June my wife hired Bill Gorman and his real estate concierge team to sell her moms home in Monte Sereno. While my wife and her siblings were concerned about the fast pace Bill was moving them, ultimately they realized that the timing could not have been better. The sale just barely preceded the market slowdown. Bill knows his market!Bills assistant, Milena, was awesome as she arranged for repair and spruce-up work to be done. All of the work aEUR" plumbing, painting, landscaping, lighting and staging aEUR" was completed promptly, professionally and to my wifes satisfaction. Because of my mothers passing, we had to sell our family home of 60 years.
