Jessica took all our concerns, fears, and needs and helped us through every step of the home-buying process. I lost count of the number of houses we saw but Jessica never felt overwhelmed by the task. She is easy-going, patient, encouraging and tuned in to our exact needs. Her calming nature really helped us through the process! When we finally did put in an offer on our home, she walked us through every step. All the details, appointments and signatures can feel so overwhelming but she made it extraordinarily easy. Additionally, she and the Bill Farve Team have contacts galore. We haven't lived in La Crosse for years and didn't know who to call for all the things: mortgage lenders, homeowner's insurance, plumbers, etc. We needed all the help and she was eager to provide it. I was very particular in the type of home I was looking for but often expanded my criteria to see other type properties as the number of homes was limited. He was responsive to my calls, texts and questions. If he did not have the answer he advised he would research it and get back to me. Rarely did I have to wait more than one day. Bill is a calm agent which eased the stress of searching for homes in a limited market. He was straight forward and often offered his expertise on building style and construction. Definitely an agent I will use in the future.
