I see my Real Estate career as a service to my clients, not a sales business. My priority to my clients is to provide a good old fashioned, honest service to them. My group and myself consider my clientele as friends and they consider us friends and business partners who they can trust! I take tremendous pride in the fact that I work hard for my buyers and sellers and that by the time settlement occurs they are 100% satisfied with my services. If it takes me 8 months to find my buyers their "Perfect Home" and they are in no rush, then I've done my job. It may require showing them 70 or 80 homes, but that is what it takes sometimes. As long as I get the price for my seller's home that they want and the terms of the contract meet their demands, then I've done my job for them. Their home may sell in a few days, or a few months. As long as they are pleased and know I am representing them honestly and fairly, I have done my job. Buyers, I will search for your home using your exact criteria until I find your perfect home and I will negotiate hard to get you the very lowest price and most attractive terms. Sellers, as your agent you can expect weekly communication, thousands of dollars invested in marketing and worldwide networking. Heather was all over it from 'first call' through settlement. She listened very well and helped us hone in on a house that fit our needs perfectly. Left to ourselves, we struggled to find the right house that balanced all the things people typically want (within budget, desirable neighborhood/lot/house layout, work/school/day-to-day accessibility to amenities, etc.) With Heather, she listened to our needs, understood the mission, and within two weeks, helped us swiftly and properly negotiate a successful offer on a very high demand house (i.e. "hot home") that we believe to be our 'forever house.'
