Heather was amazing! Without her, we never wouldve gotten the house we now call home. She truly cared about our family and was there whenever we needed her. She made sure that we were able to go to every showing when we wanted to, she was there to talk on the phone any time we had questions, and when we finally put in an offer, she did absolutely everything to get it for us. Some realtors say they are always available, but Heather really is. Even after we closed and were getting settled in, she was still working for us and would answer questions immediately, even during holidays. If you need a realtor who is 100% dedicated to you getting the house that is right for you, that wont try to push you into something that isnt right, that will always make sure that you know whether she thinks the house is a lemon or a gem, then you NEED Heather! She worked with us for over 4 months and in the beginning, we werent even really looking. Then we started ramping up and we viewed 15 houses or so. She walked us through everything and always made sure we were comfortable, then when we found our house, she took getting it for us as a personal challenge. Her negotiating skills were amazing, so amazing that we won the house and werent even the highest bidder. The house had 4 competing offers and an upcoming open house that was cancelled after just 4 days on the market. She quickly built a relationship with the sellers realtor and that was a massive key to our success. Heather is the ultimate professional and having now bought 2 different houses with 2 different realtors, and like everyone else, knowing dozens of realtors, I would never use another realtor to buy or sell. Oh, she made selling our house very easy too, we put an offer on the house we wanted to buy and listed our house the next day, we were under contract in 5 days and closed 2 days before we were set to close on our new home. She even negotiated a rent back for us of 6 days without paying for it. Trust me, if you need a home, Heather is going to be the realtor for you. Dont make a mistake that costs you a home and go with someone to save a few bucks or because they are your friend, go with Heather and you will not regret it!
