ZillowVERIFIED I had the pleasure to work with Renee who has a vast knowledge of the market. We hit it off right away and had a fun time condo shopping. She was very professional, listened to what I was looking for and after only seeing a few condos she said she has the one for me! And she was right! The condo she found for me has everything I was looking for and more.Thank you Renee for getting me my dream home!

ZillowVERIFIED Bill and Renee were Great. They helped us navigate a crazy North Shore Real Estate Market. With there guidance My Wife and I were able to relocate from Upstate New York to Long Island NY. Now after 30 years my wife and I are able to reunite with our Family after living in Manhattan and Westchester. Now we are able to care for our parents in their later years.I highly Recommend Bill and Renee!

ZillowVERIFIED Bill was absolutely wonderful. This was our first home buying experience and we relied on his expertise every step of the way. He responded immediately to my calls and texts, he (or his partner) was available on a moment's notice to see properties, he provided guidance, he was kind and caring, he saved me $40,000 when I was about to bid way too much on our house (which we got!), and he was a genuine pleasure to work with. He also helped me find a fantastic home inspector and lawyer. The process was smooth and easy. I absolutely recommend Bill!!

ZillowVERIFIED When I contacted Bill I was a bit skeptical about real estate agents. Prior to meeting him, another agent told us that we had to sign a contract with them before they would show us any house. Bill was not like that. Like us, he believed that it takes time and not a contract to earn each others' trust. He earned our trust by showing us how committed he was to help us find the right home. After sending us hundreds of suggestions via email, showing us more than 25 houses over three months, and answering all our first-home-buyer-type questions, Bill found the right home for us. His knowledge of the market and the offer-making process greatly helped us made the right offer on it. I would recommend Bill to anyone looking for a home in the Three Villages, Port Jefferson and Smithtown areas (and probably beyond, but this is the area we were interested in). No matter how picky you are, he is going to be patiently by your side throughout your home-buying process, up until the day when you will finally get the keys of your new home.

ZillowVERIFIED I worked with a few realtors before I decided to work with Bill, and I choseA him because he was the most helpful. I was looking for a house to buy and being a first time home buyer I had a lot to learn. I liked that he pointed out important aspectsA of the inner workings of the house I should be aware of, like the furnace, foundation, gutters, windows and electric amperage. He always made it a priority to take me to see houses, was always on time and answered all of my many questions. He also helped me out when I accidentally locked my keys in my car by taking me to go get my extra set- he really saved the day! While I have stepped back from looking for the moment, he was extremely helpful and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Renee and Bill were a pleasure to work with. They were on top of all the new listings when they came out; always made time to see them quickly and were ready with the pertinent information that we needed. They saw us through the whole process and went over and above with their time. We thank them and would highly recommend them to someone in need of a knowledgeable and caring realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED I liked Renee from the minute I met her. There was something about her professional sweetness. Then she brought Bill, the business side. The two together made a trusting duo. Anyone of the 30 Realtors I spoke with could tell me anything I wanted to hear. Of all, Renee and Bill had the most experience. Their customer service was second to none doing whatever it took, open to suggestions, and accommodating my every needs with a smile. They were named The Legendary Team for these reasons. Hire them!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time home buyer I had the pleasure to work with Bill Chavis who not only worked diligently during a global pandemic when not many other realtors were working the business to ultimately finding me my home to buy through many obstacles we were faced with during this challenging time, however with his dedication and professionalism I eventually closed before the end of the summer 2020 and am now a proud owner of a beautiful house in Suffolk county. I thank you whole heartily for your assistance and wish great success to many future endeavors.

ZillowVERIFIED I hired a real estate broker to sell my house the first time , the purchased price was $ 450,000.About 6 months on the market with $ 25,000 decreased price , no offers. Once the contract was expired I hired Bill Davis from Remax. He told me my house will be sold within 3 months . Withing 90 days I found a buyer for my house because of the knowledge and perseverence of a good real estate broker by the name of "Bill Davis". Any home owner who wants to sell their house quickly, hires the team of Bill Davis. Experience, knowledge and quality.

ZillowVERIFIED Bill's kind and unassuming personality belies his deep reservoir of experience and knowledge of real estate. He is a very calming presence in an often stressful and fast-paced environment, yet he moves very quickly and deftly to act on opportunities. It was sometimes difficult to imagine he was helping other people besides my wife and I find a home when his responses to calls and texts were always so prompt. It felt like we were his only customers.Bill was incredibly flexible, accommodating my work schedule and long commute by showing us homes at practically any hour - 8am, 8pm, weekends, and everything in between. He was also very pleasant and understanding; even welcoming my most embarrassing low-ball offers and passing them along to the buyer's agent without any hint of scorn or ridicule. After Bill found us our new home, he gave us a presentation of all the things he does on the selling side, including all of the traditional avenues as well as many internet based marketing methods. So we decided to enlist him to sell our old home, and were very pleased with the outcome. Bill's suggested listing price turned out to be spot-on, and I'm glad I trusted him on that account as well, since it was somewhat higher than my initial expectations.I would definitely and sincerely recommend Bill Chavis to anyone buying or selling a home.

The two agents Renee Steinberg and Mr Bill Chavis were very helpful to find a suitable home for us, they also answered all our questions even though they were very busy they still called us in the evening with proper information. Renee was very patient , kind & very helpful through the whole process. Renee is very professional & still keeps in touch to see how we are doing & if we have any questions or problems. ZillowVERIFIED Bill Chavis was great! Words cannot explain the relentless time and effort Bill dedicated to getting my Estate Property "SOLD". I stumbled onto Bill's contact information almost two years ago and he stuck by me in our pursuit to find the right buyers for a house that's been in my family for over 100 years. Bill Chavis is simply "awesome"..kind, patient, very knowledgeable and most important dedicated to his profession. Thank you Bill Chavis for all your time and effort in helping sell my property. ZillowVERIFIED Thank you bill Chavis for making my home hunting a great experience, I came across a few homes I originally thought were in my price range and after running the numbers thru the mortgage company we realized they werent adding up to what I was comfortable paying. Without skipping a beat the next day bill sent me another set of homes in my price range and propert tax range I needed to be in. Needless to say a week later I made an offer that was accepted and got exactly what I was looking for. After my offer was accepted Bill continued to help me with recommendations for a lawyer, information on who to contact to switch the utilities over to my name and the list just goes on and on. I truly appreciate you going above and beyond to help someone who had no experience in this and really didnt know what to expect.. thank you bill you are truly appreciated I will recommend you without reservation.

ZillowVERIFIED I have worked with Bill and Renee for approximately 6 months. Moms house sold in 4 but with tweaks the house took longer to complete for sale. I could not have had a better team helping with this difficult task. Constant showings, updates and immediate responses to my questions and concerns. I loved being notified of every clients appointment! After the sale... their help continued with long distance paperwork, meeting contractors and scheduling appointments. More than I can mention.... Bill was an asset in all I needed to get done. I went "out of the box" needing small things done and he met the challenge without hesitation. I am eternally grateful to his meticulous and consistent assistance through out this difficult process. We sold our childhood home of over 50 years...a very difficult task in itself. Thank you to Bill and Renee.

ZillowVERIFIED Bill is professional. Unlike other agents, he is not a push person. The shopping experience with him makes me feel comfortable. There are some agents who make you feel that you are buying a unit for them. Bill replies my questions pretty fast, even one evening, I sent him a message pretty late (around 10pm), he replied me immediately.

ZillowVERIFIED Renee and Bill were extremely confident that they could sell my home even when I was unsure of listing for the third time since they others couldn't. They believed, and proved that their experience would ensure my home would sell. They did just that. Although there were some major bumps and potholes during the process they did what they said they would and sold my home. Not only once but twice. The first buyer dropped out after mortgage issues and I was devastated to say the least. They again were sure that they could sell my home again. It sold in one day. Finally I am in my new home and the neighborhood I always wanted thanks to Renee and Bill. They were always positive, supportive and upfront. They were there for me the entire time, day or night and I always felt like I was their only client, even though we all know I wasn't Their experience and expertise added with the fact they truly care about their clients makes them special. I will always refer anyone that is looking for a realtor to call Renee and Bill

ZillowVERIFIED I would say that overall dealing with Renee was weak at best. She held an open house for us; when we returned, all of the signs were blown down, even the one at the driveway! We came home and found her sitting on our couch, drinking coffee that she made at our house! We're not friends, you are supposed to be working for us. She did not even show up at the closing, said it was too far from her office. I do not know Bill, but would NOT recommend Renee.

ZillowVERIFIED We were very pleased with the way in which the office handled all aspects of the process from the receptionist all the way up to the agents. Bill listened and paid attention to what was important to us and offered advice. He was sensitive to our special needs concerning physical limitations and helped us find a home where we could live comfortably. He was patient while we searched for the perfect place. Bill communicated with the seller's agent to work out even minor details and move things forward in a timely fashion to the benefit of both us and the seller. I would highly recommend this office to anyone in need of a buyer's or a seller's agent.
