I have had the opportunity of working with many real estate agents. I have sold 7 homes and bought 6 homes in the past 30yrs using different real estate agents. Among all the agents I have used, Bill and Beth Chandler will be my best real agents. In the course of listing the house, I interviewed 3 agents including an agent who recommended my company as part of my relo package. I listed with Bill and Beth because they know the area and the neighborhood, they came into meeting with me, having done their homework, and walked me through their listing strategies. I was very confident in their approach. The house got an offer prior to the house hitting the MLS listing. The pictures of the house taken were exceptional and showed very well online. I couldn't believe the pictures were of the house. Great staging! While under the contract, Bill and Beth were able to iron out any challenges brought on by the purchaser. Bill and Beth were able to identify contractors or workers to take care of any inspection feedback while being away. Pretty much helped me to move the process along during my travels. Bill and Beth were very responsive aEUR" actually exceptional in their responses and communications with me. BTW aEUR" they got a higher price for the house than the listed price. Bill and Beth made the negotiation and the whole process of selling the house seamless and painless. I wish I could say this same with my other previous agents. Our neighborhood is highly sought by those looking for a new home. Looking back, I made the best decision going with Bill and Beth and will highly recommend Bill and Beth Chandler as the top of the line real estate agent that has the best interest of their client in mind.
