So when it was time to move again, we of course contacted Bill. He and Lettica asked for, and actually listened to, our priorities in selling our home, which was incredibly important. They provided excellent guidance in terms of pricing and house preparations, and were very creative in getting the word out to potential buyers the face of COVID restrictions. Because of this, our home sold very quickly in a competitive market. They were responsive, collaborative, and highly professional. I would highly recommend their expertise.

Came super prepared to the initial discussion with a very down to earth, no nonsense approach. Bill Carroll has been an amazing realtor, one who was tuned into every detail throughout the process of selling my house. I felt as though I had my own personal realtor rather than one who was helping other clients simultaneously. He is a high-energy person and one who sincerely cares about the needs, concerns, and questions of his clients. He went above and beyond the usual expectations of a realtor, especially when I moved out-of-state a few weeks prior to the closing of my NY house. I cannot recommend Bill highly enough. He is professional and patient. He came prepared, on time, guided me through the steps including the ones I didn't even know about. He made the negotiation process a calm and dignified process for all involved. The closing also went very smoothly, in a few short hours, I had closed, paid my real estate taxes, applied for a rental permit, signed up for water services and met with a contractor. ZillowVERIFIED I wish there were a million stars for this review, because 5 isn't enough. Bill Carroll went above and beyond my expectations as a real estate agent. Living out of state and having to sell my mother's home (estate) was a difficult situation for me. From the the very beginning Bill was not only able to take the reigns but make me feel at ease with the process living so far away. Bill was an infinite source of information and referrals. If I needed an attorney, a construction worker or a clean up crew Bill was able to recommend one. I always felt as though I was his priority even though he may have multiple clients. He was like a friend Ive known for years. He lent me tools to help upgrade tile in a bathroom, then a truck to help with disposing of items no longer needed. Then if that wasnt enough he referred me to a friend, which we are renting a house from until we move to our next home. ZillowVERIFIED Bill Carroll is, by far, the best realtor with whom I've worked. Selling our house was a happy experience with a very positive outcome! When we first sat down with Bill, he laid out his philosophy and his strategy and I was struck by two things. First, he is totally honest. Second, Bill doesn't allow his ego to get in the way; if you have a suggestion, he's eager to listen. His entire focus is the sale of your home. Also, Bill is very knowledgeable, not only about the area and comps but about laws and regulations, advising us about the handling of c. of o.'s, for example. We never felt as if we were far from Bill's mind as he'd check in with us regularly. We were also very impressed by his well thought-out advertising campaign as well as the high quality photos taken by his professional photographer. I guess what I'm saying is that Bill is a person with whom you will want to work. For us, he started as a realtor, but ended up a friend, a friend who was always in our corner and got us the best possible price for our home.

ZillowVERIFIED I have known Bill for many years as a neighbor and friend. I am also employed working in a Govt. building dept. where i am in touch with and have come to know many real estate agents on the east end. Yet when i decided finally to sell my house there was no question as to who i would contact., because Bill far surpasses the level of knowledge and commitment i could have ever hoped to obtain from any other real estate agent. From start to finish it was a truly unbeilevable experience, My husband and I contacted Bill because we had finally (after many years of changing our minds) decided to take the plunge and get into a condo. He started by showing us different places and we fell in love with one particular place. Unfortunately, we had not even put our house up and so in our minds buying our dream home would never come to fruition. but guess what? we listed with Bill and he gave us a reasonable assesment , we listed the house, and within three weeks it sold. Incredibly, as soon as we took the offer we were able to make an offer on the house that we loved and we got it. There was a glitz, however, and it was that we had to be out of our house within a month. How to you pack up and leave 22 years of "stuff" in a months time,, and where do you go when you know you wont be able to get into the new home in time. Once again Bill came through and hooked us up with a friend of his who rented us a beautiful furnished home for a very good price. In addition, he helped move some of our furniture because he had a pickup truck and we had no way to get the big stuff we needed moved out. Througout the whole process he went above and beyond my best expectations. Anytime i called or texted him wth questions, concerns , etc. he got back to me immediately and we worked through any issues. Bill was there from beginnng to end. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with him. If you are looking for an honest, reliable, knowledgeable real estate agent who will give you 100% and more of his time and expertise, you should contact Bill.
