Bill helped my family and I find our home in November of 2022. When he initially contact me, he introduced himself and gave me some preliminary info about home buying as well as ask me about our home preference. During our search, Bill stayed in close communication with us and promptly scheduled showings. Along the way, he refined his listings and attempted to pair us with what we were looking for. He never acted as a ?salesman? and tried to push things we didn?t desire. In fact, while looking at homes, he would comment on things as if he was buying the home. He would point out potential issues or expenses. During escrow, Bill was an amazing advocate. I literally had no idea what was going on during that period. But Bill would explain things and act on our behalf especially when it came to the home inspection and purchasing formalities.
