Thus we did not experience this from Bill.Bill was a great asset to us in our search for a lake home. He was always professional and respectful. Provided information and advice as requested, but was never overbearing, forceful or aggressive. Bill was extremely patient, providing us with multiple options of properties to visit in search. Our search began with a thought that we knew exactly what it was that we wanted. Through our time with Bill looking at properties Bill helped us identify what it was that was truly important, identifying our must haves, and our nice to haves. He noticed things we liked and didn't like about the houses we saw to help us find a home we would love. He was willing to take us to look at houses several miles from his office and always gave us great input as we looked at houses. He had great advice on the houses we saw and pointed out things about the houses to make sure we were getting a house we really wanted. Bill is great to work with and knows the market. He was also extremely helpful when it came time to make an offer. He looked into the HOA for us to make sure we were getting what we wanted out of the house and neighborhood. ZillowVERIFIED I was so impressed by Bill and let me tell you why.My husband and I live in Denver, CO. We had discussed buying a second home on Lake of the Ozarks in 2018. We wanted to come here and see what was available and where on the lake we would want to buy.Naturally we called The Jane Kelly Team and was given Bill Allen as our realtor contact. There was a lot of communication before we even got to the lake. During our talks, we made it very clear that we would most likely not be buying this trip but wanted to see what the market was like. Knowing that upfront, Bill still took two full daysaEUR|YES two, and show us about 14 homes. After looking at these home, we quickly realized we needed to reassess our expectations. We took the weekend to regroup. We used Zillow to look at another 16 homes. We drove through the neighborhoods and then narrowed it down to four. Sunday night, we called Bill and asked if he would get up early and show us these homes before we left town. (Yes, we were those people)Long story short (I knowaEUR|too late) we put an offer on one of the homes and it was accepted within a few days. Today I am writing this review looking out onto the lake from my beautiful new home.Here is what I want everyone to take away from this. We were pretty clear we werent going to buy this trip. So many realtors wouldnt have taken the time, let alone two full days to show us 14 plus homes, and then squeeze in 4 for more homes at the last minute. Bill treated us with respect and professionalism, whether we were buying this trip or not. He has tremendous knowledge of the area and has a lot of connections to help after the sale. He has been a great resource regarding what is happening on the lake and in and around town.We feel very lucky we ended up with Bill. Not only was he a great realtor, but I hope we will stay in touch as we build a life here at the lake.

He gave me a vendor list which I used to find maintenance, hauling, and cleaning services. I was able to find good people using the list.Once the house was listed, Bill kept me up to date on all activities, such as times when the house would be shown. Once a contract was placed, Bill walked me through the steps that would take place and covered my questions regarding details. There was some confusion about closing dates, I called Bill, he contacted the appropriate people, and we closed smoothly.Throughout, Bill was friendly, personable, and showed interest in my comfort with the selling process.
