We had actually started with another realtor at another company but were not having luck. We were constantly being pushed into price brackets that we weren't comfortable with. A friend recommended Bill Adams and immediately It was apparent why. Bill is incredibly personable but also direct. Many times we asked for his input and he would give us direct answers that seriously helped in our decision making processes. The actual purchase process was rather difficult as it required getting a new roof put on the house before a bank would lend against it. He was great at navigating that entire process, negotiating with the seller, and even picking up slack in places I believe the sellers agent was falling short. Bottom line. Outstanding. When that didnt happen, I thought realtors who were well-known in the area that I wanted to buy would produce better results. When the condo became available, Mr. Adams made special arrangements with the listing agent so that I could be the first to view the property. This action alone speaks to how well-connected and respected Mr. Adams is in the real estate field. In meeting Mr. Adams, he passed my integrity test with flying colors: he keeps his word; gives a firm handshake; and maintains direct eye contact. (And he is very personable.) I discovered Mr. Adams operates on a moral standard not often seen in business. He does things the way he does them because its the right thing to do! He fought for my best interests throughout the transaction. When issues occurred that threatened to derail the transaction, Mr. Adams superb reputation in the realty business and mediation skills quickly resolved them. Even when a minor issue that should have been repaired (per agreement) cropped up after closing -- Mr. Adams did not abandon me.
