ZillowVERIFIED the process of searching for a home can be a very nerve racking experience, thats why it is imperative to have someone that is professional, knowledgeable, and personable to assist you. In Bibi Haniff, i found all these attributes and then some. To me Bibi was not just my realtor, but became a trusted friend.

ZillowVERIFIED Bibi was a breath of fresh air. Looking for a new house is very stressful. She was always very willing to show us numerous homes at a moment's notice. She listened carefully to what we were looking for and searched the internet for hours to find us the right home. She did not just send us listings to peruse...she would call and tell us she found some we should check out. We put in offers for several of the ones she suggested. The one we finally got turned out to be the best one for us, and we are very excited about our closing. She was with us through the whole process: negotiating, inspections, etc. She will also be the one I choose when we sell our home in a few months. Bibi was very professional and I would highly recommend her to anyone who wants to buy or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Being 1st time home buyers had to be the most stressful experience weve ever had to endure, but having Bibi as our agent really made this experience go as smoothly as possible. We had a different agent before her and after switching to her, we see how much above and beyond Bibi really went for us. Bibi will honestly make you feel as if you working with family in purchasing your home. She is extremely sympathetic of how difficult this was for us, and literally made us feel as if she was caring for family. Let me tell you, she takes her job extremely serious with high regard for professionalism yet being very personable. I know that buying homes isnt an every year affair, but even if we were to buy another home 10 years down the line, I would still come back to Bibi. Honestly, folks picking agents is serious business and if you want someone to not only know what they are doing but care, choose Bibi. She has tons of experience not only as an agent but in the banking industry which means that if you have a bank that is lazy or hard to work with, she knows the ins and outs and will help further the process! Thank you Bibi for everything!

ZillowVERIFIED What I like most about Bibi she always make herself available for her clients. Ten yrs ago Bibi was referred to me by family members whose homes she refinanced, was in the process of refinancing a 2nd home I owned but I sold instead. For 10 yrs I kept Bibi's phn number because I noticed Bibi, is a go getter & doesn't stop till she gets the job done to ur satisfaction. Now, July '2014, 10 yrs later, I used Bibi sell my home. Once again, Bibi is always available, Bibi very, very likeable and easy to work with wihile rendering her services. Second day after Bibi listed my home I got an offer and than plenty of showing and offers for my initial asking price. But, Bibi kept watching the housing market in my area and sold my home $15,000 over my asking price. Thank you Bibi
