We have worked with Siobhan before and based on that experience asked for her help again as we sold this condo. Were glad we did - Siobhan again did great work. She is knowledgeable and detail oriented. We had issues with an initial buyer and Siobhan really helped us navigate our way through it. She is level-headed and always willing to work through the nuances of a transaction. Siobhan made sure that all the steps required for our closing were taken. We were living out of state during our sale process and Siobhan made that very easy. She made an extra effort to communicate with us and also was continually available to meet not only with prospective buyers and their agents, but with the various contractors and service people who had to come in and do work prior to closing. Siobhan had a scheduled family vacation at one point during the process, but it was never an issue: she remained in constant communication and made sure that her office colleagues were available to support us as well. Siobhan is thorough, pleasant and energetic and it was a pleasure working with her again.

Amazing doesnt cover it. I met Brenda over the phone a few years back when I was remotely trying to find my daughter a place to rent. She went above and beyond for a rental and found a great place. I told her when we moved back to the area in a couple of years I wanted to use her to find a new place to buy and to sell our rental. She had instilled faith. In the two years that she patiently waited, she was an ear for me with my frustrations with selling our primary home in NY (no benefit to her) - even sent me a care package after I cried on the phone about the chaos of our renovation and sale. When we returned to VA and realized our rental needed a full renovation so we decided to live in it while we worked, she became a dear friend, checking on me, advising me about what to spend money on and where to save. She responded to texts from flooring depots about which colors to pic, popped by to check on me, showed us houses even though we still werent quite ready. Brenda got me through more turmoil in more chaos - her heart is full of kindness. When we decided to buy before selling the rental, Brenda worked wonders as we made 3 offers on the same home before it was accepted. She scheduled our inspection and was with us for hours checking everything and communicating with inspector. She worked with me to double-check repairs had been made and insisted on moving closing when they werent done. Brenda got us the house I had fallen in love with, connected us with a lender who was amazing and efficient and we were closed within a month. Two years after we got started, we were nearing the end of the renovation and pushing hard to be ready to list before summer. Brenda showed up with painting clothes. She changed outlet plates, helped me move a cord of wood outside, brought personal items to add to staging, bought flowers for our window boxes. In addition to doing more marketing than most on social media, Brenda made up a bevy of personalized flyers for the house highlighting every bit of renovation and technology we had added. The market had started to turn as we listed - but we still got an offer the first week and closed in just over a month. She even found a grant for the buyer from the VA, verified it with the lenders and guided the sellers realtor on how and what to do. That got us more money in the end. Brenda isnt just good at what she does, she cares. She went above and beyond at EVERY turn. She is why we are settled and life has returned to some normalcy. Buying and selling is one of the greatest financial transactions we will make in our lives - to have someone who can truly be trusted is priceless. Brenda is priceless.
