ZillowVERIFIEDI am incredibly grateful to have worked with Beverly Perez as my real estate agent. From the very beginning, she was not only professional and knowledgeable but also genuinely cared about my needs. Even when my condo unexpectedly flooded, Beverly went above and beyond to provide excellent resources for reliable contractors and handled every challenge with ease. She was with me every step of the way, always following up and ensuring no detail was overlooked until my property was successfully sold. Beverly's dedication, expertise, and commitment to her clients are truly exceptional. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a top-notch real estate agent. Thank you, Beverly, for making a stressful process so much easier!
ZillowVERIFIEDBeverly Perez is a wonderful agent, she made my home purchase a pleasure, while keeping a sharp eye on every detail of the transaction. I highly recommend the Beverly Perez Group at Fine Properties
ZillowVERIFIEDBeverly did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our condo and this is not the first time, she assisted us in the past to purchase our house and we cannot be happier. Beverly's expertise in the local market was key in determining a competitive purchasing price while considering the future resale value in the area. She was involved in the overall process including the closing. Thanks Beverly
ZillowVERIFIEDWe were first time home buyers and Beverly made the home buying process so easy! She was very accommodating and answered all of our questions (and we had a lot of them!)
ZillowVERIFIEDThis was our first time buying a home and we couldn't be more thankful that we found Beverly. She is very quick to respond and was able to work well with our busy work schedules even if that meant looking at a house late in the evening. Shes friendly, hard working, enthusiastic, and very knowledgeable. She took great consideration into what we were looking for in a house. Shes a great negotiator and made the house buying process as easy as possible.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe had been unsuccessfully looking for a house to buy with an other agent for more than a year, before we met Beverly. We wanted to buy a foreclosure, since the market was flooded with those at that time, but we got outbid every time we submitted an offer. We started to think, maybe our agent was not knowledgeable or agressive enough to represent us, so when we met Bev, we immediately liked her enthusiasm and knowledge of the world of short sales and foreclosures, we decided to work with her. She immediately understood what we were looking for and started showing us homes right away. When we found "the one" we were a little hesitant, since it was a short sale, and we had heard that these homes usually take a long time to buy, but thanks to Bev, it was a breeze. Everything went so fast, that within a month we were proud homeowners! Bev took care of all the negotiating and paperwork, constantly kept us informed along the process, and without a question she had our best interest in mind all along! We are still in touch, she comes and visits us from time to time to see the progress we have been making with the renovation of our house. We have already recommended her to several of our friends, and will keep recommending to everyone who needs a realtor in this area! With her personality and work ethic she was such a "breath of fresh air" in the sea of busy and uninterested real estate agents we came accross during our search for a house! Thanks Beverly!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe had a beautiful experience buying our first home with Beverly. She understood our needs very well as well as the market in our area. Even if the market was very competitive, she helped us make offers that were in our budget but still competitive. I particularly liked that for each house we wanted to make an offer on, she would go to this house to check it out for herself if she wasn't with us for the showing. She was almost always available. - Mario C.
ZillowVERIFIEDBeverly did a great job helping me buy several houses and even found contractors to fix them up for me. She consistently sent me many houses to review and gave me good suggestions on which houses were good and which ones were not. She even previewed many properties for me. She works hard for her clients to negotiate the best deal
ZillowVERIFIEDBeverly has been looking at several deals for me. She definitely knows what she is doing, and is very hard working. She has been looking for investment properties for me. We are looking at both foreclosures and short sales. Finding the right property at the right price is challenging, but Beverly is persistent and I am sure that we will end up making a deal. I am happy to recommend her to others.
ZillowVERIFIEDVery respectful, courteous and knowledgable. if your looking for a professional who will respect you and your time, I feel confident that Beverly would be a great choice. I have been involved in at least a dozen offers and couple sales with Beverly and she has made it very easy to do business with her.
