ZillowVERIFIED I do not have the words to express how good Beverly is at her job. 10/10 would not be enough. Our house sold in hours and Beverly was with us every step of the way !!! Wonderful, wonderful realtor and human being.

ZillowVERIFIED Beverly handled the updating, listing and sale of my home flawlessly. She introduced me to the COMPASS exclusive Concierge program, and she took things from there. As I am located out of the area, she handled the selection and management of all updates and repairs. I remained the approving authority. However, she handled all the logistics and made my life so much easier because of it. Beverly went above and beyond in so many ways. My home was listed and sold in under 30 days for top dollar. I did not have to settle for a low-ball offer with Beverly as my listing agent. I highly recommend her services!

ZillowVERIFIED Beverly was truly exceptional and I cannot begin to express my gratitude. I am impressed with her level of knowledge, responsiveness, and her seamless presentation throughout the entire experience. As first time home buyers that were brand new to Charlotte we were incredibly nervous walking into the process. We had talked to several agents prior to meeting Beverly and none were able to make us feel confident in their ability to be more than just ?good enough?. From my first conversation with Beverly I knew that she would be an excellent agent. She knows Charlotte, NC and the surrounding areas like the back of her hand and was able to suggest the perfect areas within our budget. The amount of time and effort she put into taking care of us since day one was incredible. She spent her entire evening educating me, house shopping for my family, and truly getting to know us as a couple to better understand our needs. The next day we met after work hours at home number one and she was incredibly straightforward and honest about the pros and cons of the house. She was able to bring things to my attention I may have never considered without attending several walk-through?s. She even had several home packets prepped and even mapped out where to visit next to ensure we didn?t get stuck in rush hour traffic or do unnecessary back and forth driving which we appreciated very much. With Beverly?s knowledge and understanding of our needs she was able to find us the perfect home. She assisted with negotiations, scheduling the inspection, stayed in communication with us daily, provided real time updates from the seller, loan officer and lawyer. Working with Beverly has been an absolute pleasure. She?s a wonderful conversationalist, strategist, and negotiator. My family will be forever grateful that she has helped us find the perfect starter home.

ZillowVERIFIED We can not say enough how wonderful of an experience we had with Beverly! She made purchasing a home out of state a seamless and stress free process. She went above and beyond checking out many properties for us, doing research on neighborhoods, and keeping an excellent line of communication at all times. We have already recommended her to several family and friends, and would without a doubt love to work with her again in the future!

ZillowVERIFIED Great real estate agent. Very open and honest from the outset as to what it would take to sale my home. I followed her recommendation to the letter and with in four days of my house being place on the market I had real offers and within the in seven days I accepted an offer. This is all contributed to Ms. McCullough knowing the real estate business. I appreciated how she kept me updated on the process until my home was sold. Even after the buyer closed I still had questions and she made herself available to me. Truly an outstanding agent. I would without hesitation recommend Beverly as real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Mrs. McCullough was pleasant to work with. She made my first time as a seller an easy experience, in spite of my residing almost 2 hours away. Because of her advice and suggestions, an offer on my property was received the very next day after it was listed. She handled all of the details of the selling process, whereas I only had to show up for the closing. Kudos to Mrs McCullough!

ZillowVERIFIED We had a wonderful experience with Mrs Beverly as a first time buyer. Now it was not an easy process, since we were under contract for 5 months on my first choice but fell thru because of the seller. Mrs Beverly stayed in contact the entire time and was willing to answer any questions or just open the door so we could walk thru. After that deal she found my family the perfect home in Forest Acres. We walk to the park daily and love it! Highly recommended.

ZillowVERIFIED The listing/closing process with Mrs. Mccullough was seriously the smoothest ever! Within a week of being on the market she had 2 solid offers on the table. As an investor I can definitely say I will be listing my future projects with Mrs. Mccullough!

ZillowVERIFIED Beverly was amazing. What stood out was how prompt and organized she was at all times. She was able to answer every question I had about any house I was interested in and went way out of the way to do drive bys and tour properties. She will always be my realtor of choice in the Columbia area.
