ZillowVERIFIED We first talked to Beverly about a year before listing, we let her know we were interested in more information but not too serious just yet, that said, she still came to visit us at our Condo to go through all of the details, pricing & comps, associated closing cost, recommendations with timing & updating before listing, answering all our questions so we knew exactly what we were getting into. A year later, when it came time to list, we knew Beverly was it immediately! Beverly was very attentive and resourceful throughout the 3-4 months between listing and closing. Every time I had a question and was getting ready to reach out, it was like she knew and would reach out before I had the chance, with the same thought in mind. ZillowVERIFIED We put our condo on the market at a slow time of year, but Bev helped us persist until we sold our unit, guiding us as to what improvements to make to show the unit at its best. She marched into the local building permit office when we discovered the day before closing that our upgrade permits had not been closed out, and made sure the paperwork was completed properly. We have used Bev for several sales and purchases, and we think she is the best possible realtor.
