This was an unusual and one-of-a-kind property amucho though some of the negotiations were handled by the attorneys the broker did most of it. Having said that, this was extremely intricate with a lot of back and forth and Beverly was extremely helpful and instrumental - and VERY responsive. Would absolutely use her again...
