Bev managed a 6 unit apartment house for me for many years (more than 10 years). She also helped me sell the apartment house.She did it all. Since I live on the other side of the country (California) she was completely on her own. I would not hesitate to have her manage any unit I had in her area.

This was an unusual and one-of-a-kind property amucho though some of the negotiations were handled by the attorneys the broker did most of it. Having said that, this was extremely intricate with a lot of back and forth and Beverly was extremely helpful and instrumental - and VERY responsive. Would absolutely use her again...
