Beverly and her team went through a whirlwind purchase process with a LOT of patience for me - I went through several living situation options (barndo? House? Land? Fixer Upper?) until I finally figured out what I wanted. She got all of the information I needed from various sources to help me make that decision, offering advice that kept me on financial and schedule track in spite of myself. THEN she took a chance on the spot that ended up being my purchase. THEN she had the paperwork done the same day and stayed in constant communication with me until we had a closing. The deal she created for me was incredible - she explained the reasoning behind each "ask" or "offer" so I understood the whole picture. Even my loan broker was impressed with the deal. He also mentioned this was one of the fastest offer to close he's ever seen. The fact that her actions match what our faith calls us to do creates trust quickly for me as well. ZillowVERIFIED I met Beverly when she represented a buyer for a property I was selling. Very impressed by her gentle people skills, I called her first (and only) when I next became a property seller. At her advice, we listed it 8% ABOVE the most recent appraisal. We had five offers in two days, and it went under contract for 10% ABOVE! The ensuing closing process was interrupted for FIVE months when a burst pipe required a large insurance claim. Most buyers would bail; our buyer did not. Quite the contrary: he paid non-refundable thousands to upgrade above simple replacement grade components, and customized the home to his tastes. And, as interest rates rose dramatically, he paid lender premiums for FOUR months of rate lock extensions. This persistency was amazing, and how did it happen? Because Beverly had sold him on the property, not the dealaEUR"on the vision rather than the impulse. This is why Beverly is not only my RE agent, but my RE counselor. I really shouldnt say these things though, because I want her for all my own transactions!!
