Beverly Beck took on the project of helping me sell my beautiful house which had been on the market for 2 months. I had already lowered the price once, lowered it once more on her advice, and we began to work together. She rewrote the ad people would see on the Internet, on Zillow, and on the shelf as they came to see the house. After having almost no showings for 2 months, suddenly I was having showings several times a week. In the 4th month we secured an offer which turned into a contract. She answered all my questions and fielded some difficulties during contract negotiations, handling them kindly but firmly. She shepherded me through the whole process and we finally closed last week. I could not recommend her more highly. She is simply the best! She gives her clients and her company her all, and it shows.

Beverly is a true inspiration. We I started looking for a home to buy, Beverly was there. She showed us houses after houses, finally I thought I found my dream home.
