Great real estate agent. Looked over several houses with him. He found what I was looking for and always worked in my favor through all situations. If you want an agent that knows the process, gives you advice and shares knowledge to help you make informed decisions, and one that works for you and NOT the seller, do NOT let Betsy represent you! As nice as she may seem you are purchasing a home, not a cake! Couldn't make time to show us the house only tried to talk us into upping our offer without stepping foot in it! Told us to "save our pennies" for a new electrical panel, which upon advice from a different realtor was negotiated and fixed by the seller, unfortunately only to not be added to the price of the loan at the end, essentially making us pay now. Never contacted us, we always had to contact her. Showed up 25 minutes late to closing. Too much bad to mention! If you simply need someone to write the offer and submit it she'll do. Seriously, RUN!!!!
