ZillowVERIFIED Besty was an absolute dream to work with. We were new to the area and needed something fast. She was able to schedule house tours the very next day and within a month we were closing and moving in. She was quick to respond to all our questions and if she didn't know the answer she was honest and always got back to us almost immediately. We have moved across states several times in the last 5 years and Betsy is by far, one of the best, I would recommend her to anyone.

ZillowVERIFIED Betsy was a great real estate agent. She was very attentive to our needs. Betsy went above and beyond in selling our home. Selling took a few months but Betsy was there holding open houses regularly and providing great feedback to us so we could offer a better buying experience for all potential buyers. She helped us through all aspects of the selling experience. And she really understood how special and unique our home was and did everything she could to convey that to all potential buyers. I would absolutely use Betsy again and again. And you should too.

ZillowVERIFIED I have listed and purchased multiple properties with Elizabeth Kelly and as well my brother. I had an absolutely amazing experience with Elizabeth Kelly as my agent. Elizabeth did a phenomenal job AGAIN of helping me to sell my house. Not only did she get top dollar, she sold it within 11 days of it hitting the market. The deal itself was kind of complicated. I live in Chicago and my house in Florida. She was attentive of all of mine needs and concerns throughout the process. She made the process so easy and I trust her so much!!! She sold my brothers house in 14 days of it hitting the market with top dollar as well. She is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, professional and detail oriented with a personal touch are just a few words to describe her approach. I really appreciated the regular communication throughout the process and trusted her advice which led to the sale of my home in just 11 days. She is always prepared, honest and looked out for my best interest. Communication is always quick and detailed. Through every step of each negation she is a step ahead and she make it look easy. I knew I could completely trust her expertise and knowledge. Every time I bought or sold the house each experience it was nothing but GREAT!!!!. She is the perfect example of what you should get when you think of a Realtor. If you want to get top dollar and sell the house quick I RECOMMEND Elizabeth Kelly!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Betsys attention to detail and constant communication throughout the purchase made the entire process flow effortlessly and without any delays. Both her professionalism and personal dedication to the client is shown in every step of the way from the showing to closing. Even through a week of chaos due to a hurricane she was able to orchestrate us to be able to close a week ahead of scheduled date. Highly recommend. Mike P.

ZillowVERIFIED Betsy was very organized and extremely helpful. She rearranged her entire week to meet with us, as we were moving from CA and had only one week to find a home. She showed us 16 homes in one day, then we went back on day two and three. She had handouts for us and she also took incredible notes, so if I had questions, she had the answer. We also negotiated on two homes while we flying from FL to NY. She also set up the home inspection and was present as we were back in CA at the time. The home closed on schedule. Thank you Betsy!

ZillowVERIFIED Betsy was 15 out of 10! We felt like we were working with our best friend rather than a real estate agent. Betsy is truly the Best Realtor in St Augustine!!! We were impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market. Her responsiveness was incredible. She meets you always with positive attitude, and big smile on her face. We were a first-time home buyer. We had no idea about every step of the process whatsoever when we first started taking a look at homes, or what to expect throughout the process. We had some issues, but Betsy made everything nice and smooth. She works for You!!!. If she didnt pick up the phone, she always calls back no longer than 5 minutes later. If I texted her a question on something, she would often respond in 2 minutes or less. Seriously. She made the bying process so easy and helped us understand what was happening every step of the way. When my brother decided to sell his house there was no other realtor that I could recommend. Betsy did amazing job. My brother sold his house in two weeks and the best out of it, she negotiated the price my brother wanted. Betsy is the best to get the higher selling price. She is really working for You!!! I would strongly recommend Betsy to anyone looking to buy or sell a home, I would recommend her 100%. I would trust her with my eyes closed and her attention to detail and level of time/dedication to the clients is outstanding. She really treats the situation like she is purchasing/selling the property aEUR"she looks out for you and have your best interest in mind. When I am looking to buy again I will not hesitate to call Betsy again! Looking for the best Realtor who aEURoedoes moreaEUR?aEUR"and makes you feel like your needs are first priority. She would go above and beyond to negotiate in your Best interest.

ZillowVERIFIED Betsy is a pleasure to work with. She is very responsive and helpful! Even with a broken ankle, she visited our home several times and took videos so we could see everything from out of state! She found issues with the property and oversaw the fixes. It was a hard time to buy a house...she found us exactly what we were looking for and made sure our bid was excepted!

ZillowVERIFIED Betsy was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with the condo purchase process. She is also super familiar with the St. Augustine area, which made the decision more comfortable for someone who lives out of state. She went above and beyond to help get set up with her offices rental management group to help provide info before purchase. She stayed with me every step of the way and kept in constant contact, even after closing.

ZillowVERIFIED Betsy lives locally and is originally from the area. She has brought up her family here and is very knowledgeable on the dynamics of all areas near St Augustine. She has always been very responsive and helped us evaluate properties when we werent able to visit due to COVID flight restrictions (even when she broke her ankle!) We shared Betsys contact information with our closest friends and she helped them find a house in Palm Coast as well. Highly recommend Betsy!

ZillowVERIFIED Betsy is one of the best I have ever worked with. She is very patience and attentive. With the current realtor inventory situation, it is tougher for the realtors, takes more work with potential repeated offers without result, that requires someone with patience and great attitude. Betsy is highly recommended.
