From our first meeting and cup of coffee, I could see that Sarai is flexible, personable, and good with people. You could say I was aEURoesoldaEUR? on her from the start. Over the long period of time it took for my house to finally sell, I also saw that she is a persistent and effective aEURoeworker.aEUR? This was my first time selling a house and I had no idea how much work a realtor must do. Everything from having photos taken, to arranging plumbing and electrical repairs and tree removal, to navigating the millions (zillions) of forms to be filled out for the County, the fire authorities, my homeowners association, the title companiesaEUR| So much to do that had to be done precisely and punctually. In the many tedious sides to this process, Sarai was always there for me. When we hit roadblocks due to the changing local market (which she studied with care) she played the role of consultant, cheerleader, and hand-holder. When there were decisions that only I could make, she clearly laid out the alternatives and their implications. When I asked for her opinion, she gave it diplomatically, and clearly. As for hand-holding aEUR" which I needed from time to time aEUR" she was unfailingly positive, assuring me that my fears were ultimately groundless. And when I asked for some precipitous price reductions - which were entirely due to my personal financial situation - she offered her insights, then stood behind me 100% without criticism. All in all, Sarai was wonderful to work with as a person, and as a professional. Our working together for over a year leaves me only with warm feelings and satisfaction that I had chosen well.

Betsy went ABOVE and beyond to help my fiancA(C) and I buy our first home! She was always available to talk to us regarding concerns, any questions we had or if we just needed some advice. Throughout the process, we almost always ended up putting an offer in last minute and she was calm, cool and collected. Made sure we were informed, constantly updating us and above everything else, making sure we were comfortable before taking any further steps. We could not have asked for a better realtor! We also couldn't have done this without her husband, Brian! He was ALWAYS available to take us to see any houses we were interested in. Gosh, we requested to see a lot of homes that required some extensive driving, and at odd times due to our job. Brian would meet us at every home with a smile, ready to let us in and discuss the home. These two are such a good team and really care about the people buying the home.
