I explained to her that i had my home up for sale for six months with a local agent . not much was happening and that i really needed to sale my home to move out of state for personal reasons and to be closer to my family. I could'nt even get a nice for sale sign on my property from my prior sales agent except a little thing that would blow down the street when the wind would kick up .The next day after Betsy listed my property she had three very clean and nice for sale signs up, two on my property and one @ the end of my street. This was a much older home with no finance options so i new this was going to be a challenge to sell. she saw the stress in my eyes and face, she said to me i'm here to take the stress off you and for me to let her do her job and that she would work very hard to sell my home. she sold my property as a standard sale in wildomar ca. in less than two months to a cash buyer that paid almost full asking price. now thats impressive and with that being said i would like to add that i highly recommend Betsy Burkey to any person or persons who is ready to sell their home,property,and or land or just give her a call to ask her anything regarding realistate.
