Her help coordinating repairs and other issues that cropped up was above and beyond most Realtors. The team began showing the house promptly. It sold around 45 days give or take a day or so. She is an outstanding professional who had great enthusiasm throughout the whole process. I couldn't have sold the house without her knowledge and skills. Just when we thought we were becoming a burden and pain in the butt after looking at over 50 homes, cancelling appointments, dropping contracts, etc., she stayed the same person and attitude with a great outlook and motivation to provide us with the best care and never once did we doubt her professionalism in the way she conducted her business. Betsy stayed loyal and hardworking for our family to the very end. The entire birdsong group were all Excellent, understanding, personable, super quick on all aspects, responsive, very knowledgeable and helpful of any home or area and went beyond measures in order to find and provide us with the perfect first home to start our family. This was my fiancA(C) & my first home purchase and she walked us through every step of the process, basically held our hand and told us it was going to be okay. She made herself available at a moments notice to meet us to show homes or whatever the need may have been and would spend all the time we needed in looking at a multitude of different homes that we wanted to see. She gave us lots of food for thought in terms of things to consider in our home purchase & in the home itself. Even her contacts & referrals turned out to be just as exceptional as she is. We had an impossible timeline to take advantage of an amazing opportunity with the city, when other lenders turned us away & even other realtors telling people in our same situation to basically not even try; Betsy was determined to get us a home we loved & not miss the opportunity with the city. After signing contracts to purchase on 3 different homes (& never so much as a grimace from Betsy) we ended up purchasing the perfect home for us and when a problem presented itself she was always there helping to think past the problem to a solution to get us into the home we wanted. Growing up in Baton Rouge I've always dreamed of living in Nola, & now thanks to Betsy at the age of only 25 where all my friends are still renting, that dream has been realized. ZillowVERIFIED I met Betsy at an open house she was hosting. We were planning on buying in the next year, but weren't really looking that day. After talking with Betsy for a few minutes, she agreed to show us another house we were interested in a few blocks away. At that viewing she spoke to us about a program in New Orleans for first time home buyers that would help us with our mortgage. The only trick was that the program was soon ending and we would have to hurry to get all the paperwork done on time. Betsy did a lot to help us with the process, showed us the house again a couple of times during the approval phase, answered countless questions we had as first time buyers, and was just a pleasant person to work with. We are now in our new home and really enjoying home ownership. If not for Betsy, we might well still be renting today. I will certainly return to Betsy if I should ever need Real Estate services again.

She's also closely tied to a title company, which made the whole thing even easier. We were first time homebuyers, so it would have been easy to take advantage of, but I consulted a friend in the field who looked over the documents and was impressed at the transparency. I'd be more than happy to work with her again in the future. She even remembered me well enough to see a clipping of me in the paper almost a year later and send it over my way.
