ZillowVERIFIED Bethany was a huge help in selling my home. She was there through every step in the process answering all my questions. And thankfully when I need to have repairs down she had a comprehensive list of qualified repairmen/landscapers/etc. I would highly recommend Bethany if you are selling your home.

ZillowVERIFIED I owned a Palm Coast lot which I decided to sell. I contacted a real estate friend of mine in MA and inquired if she knew a R.E. agent in FL. She suggested contacting Bethany at Century 21 which I did. Short of it was that Bethany was wonderful to work with and within a few days found an interested party to purchase the lot. During the process, if I had concerns or questions seeing I was in MA, without fail she immediately returned my calls/emails. The property closed on October 9th, and I would definitely recommend Bethany. Ben

ZillowVERIFIED Bethany was an instrumental part of our successful closing and part of a great team. After a few large bumps in the road, Bethany negotiated the finer details of our contract from beginning to end and made sure nothing was left behind. She was always readily available by phone to answer all the questions a first time home buyer could have. Her warm friendly personality was present throughout the entire process. We greatly appreciate all the extensive research and paperwork Bethany went above and beyond with. She was a pleasure to work with! We are very excited for our new home and celebrating once were moved in!

ZillowVERIFIED Bethany was recommended to us as a knowledgeable realtor in the Saint Augustine area as we planned our move from Massachusetts. Bethany took the time to get to know us and understand what type of property we were looking for. She was then able to create a listing of properties that she felt appealed to our needs. Her extensive knowledge of Saint Augustine facilitated the search as we zeroed in on a new planned community. Bethany was with us every step of the way and made the buying process as smooth as possible despite the long distance. She was easy to contact and kept the lines of communication open at all time. We highly recommend Bethany.

ZillowVERIFIED Bethany is the best realtor anyone could ask for. My husband and I are 1st time home buyers and she went above and beyond to help up get our first home. From showing us multiple homes with our crazy schedules to dealing with the awful lender that we used. She goes to bat for her clients and does not give up on them no matter what. With everything our lender put us through, I'm sure any other realtor would have just given up, but Bethany was there every step of the way. She helped with anything we didn't understand and answered any questions we had to the absolute best of her abilities. THANK YOU BETHANY!!!!!!

ZillowVERIFIED Bethany is not only your down to earth very knowledgeable realtor but also she takes the time to get to know the people behind the business and you become part of a family. She has been there every step of selling even getting more than asking price. Because of her hard work and dedication, she sold our property and was very important in searching and finding our next home. She is business oriented but more than that, she is a friend. You cant ask for a better realtor than Bethany.

ZillowVERIFIED The service that Bethany provided was exceptional. After meeting with several real-estate agents, I made the right choice by having her represent me in the sale of my condo. Bethany's over all presentation and marketing techniques separated her from the other agents. Bethany set the expectation and over delivered. You won't go wrong hiring her to represent you in the purchase or sale of your home.

ZillowVERIFIED Bethany made one of the most difficult things I had to do (sell my multi family home) of 7 years seamless! She accurately priced my home and we had an offer within the first open house! The way she marketed my home and the open house was very impressive. We had a huge turnout and its because of her! She professionally represented me the entire time from handling conversations with the city, the bank, current tenants and the buyers agent. When we ran into some push back she remained positive and provided me with the direction I needed to stay focused on completing the sale. If youre looking for someone that would have your back Bethany is an amazing agent and you wont regret it! Thank you again!

ZillowVERIFIED Bethany came HIGHLY recommended by a good friend of mine and was indespensible in my recent quest to buy a home. She was involved in the entire process from the beginning to the very end. I knew absolutely nothing about the whole deal of buying a house and put her through the ringer with the multitudes of questions at all hours of the day... and sometimes night... Sorry Beth! She personally helped me select the best mortgage loan officer from among a few and had no bias, helping me find the one that would get me the absolute best rates and service. I went with her recommended home inspector who wasn't the cheapest and not my first choice but was ultimately METICULOUS in his detail inspecting the home... worth every penny... Bethany also set me up with the best attorney for the closing, who as I found out at the closing after telling him where I worked, was also a good friend of my boss! Bethany was nothing but extremely professional and knew all the things to watch out for, helping me to avoid some things along the way that could have ended up being some pretty big and costly trouble. I have REALLY high anxiety and Bethany simply made everything worry free. When I decide to buy or sell any other property, Bethany will be the only one I will ever consider. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

ZillowVERIFIED I want to give Bethany Ramos a shot-out on her expertise and local knowledge when I purchased my first home. She was extremely patient throughout the process on the few homes that I requested to go see. As well as the many questions I had asked her were answered promptly. After my first interaction with her, I'm sure you'll be quite as impressed as I was. Not only was she professional but her passion during the home buying process was displayed. Thanks for making it a smooth process.

ZillowVERIFIED This is based on my personal experience with Bethany. She represented my wife and I for a new home construction. The Good: Friendly/personable and carried a very professional demeanor. The Bad: Horrible communicatorQuestionable expertise/experienceNo sense of urgencyHanded us off to a different agent when things became too difficult (answering questions). There was plenty of blame to go around regarding the ebb and flow of our new construction but she did herself absolutely no favors. She handed us off to a different agent and then had the nerve to reach out about representing the sale of our then current home as we approached completion of our new construction. In a boggling display of having ZERO tact, she reached out to congratulate us on the newly completed construction and asked for pictures!Overall, a very poor experience. Would not recommend.
