ZillowVERIFIED I found Bethany after an extensive online search of realtors in Litchfield Co, CT while living in Vermont. The reviews on Zillow helped me to choose her. She was everything those reviewers said and more! She helped us navigate the crazy real estate market of 2021 and successfully find and purchase our new home in CT. She diplomatically talked me down from jumping at a very less than perfect home just because it was one of the few available at the time. When another came on the market when we couldn't drive down to see, she showed it to us via zoom. She gave excellent advice on how to phrase the offer that ultimately was accepted by the buyer. When we had trouble obtaining a mortgage due to our recent retirements, Bethany pointed us to the right mortgage company. In fact that experience was the best we ever had. The inspector she recommended was by far the best inspector we had ever experienced over the years. She was instrumental in our finding the just right home for us to retire to. Today we think of her as a friend. We highly recommend Bethany.

Bethany first came to my house and conducted a walk through to see positives and negatives to better evaluate and assess its value. Bethany then completed a valuation analysis showing my homes worth compared to other similar properties in my area. Bethany provided me details to make an informed decision on selling price and then allowed me to set my price for the sale. The listing was put up in a timely fashion and I was able to give feed back on photos used and she made a change at my request. Requests for showings started coming in immediately and Bethany would contact me to accept, decline, or provide an alternative if I was unable to show at a given time. Within 3 days of showings I had 6 offers and selected the one I felt was best. Bethany worked with me every step of the way through inspection, appraisal and up to sale.
